About The Opportunity
This opportunity is for a Capital Planning and Investment Control Analyst that will help ensure that our client and the Agency investments meet Clinger-Cohen Act of 1996, OMB Circulars, FITARA and TBM requirements.
Qualifications
- Support the development and preparation of the OMB Agency IT Portfolio, Major IT Business Cases, Standard Investments and Reports
- Provide IT portfolio documentation of assessments and recommendations
- Experience in conducting and supporting alternative of analysis exercises and developing analytical reports
- Experience with Technology Business Management (TBM)
- Ability to analyze project requirements and provide recommendations to support those requirements
- Support development and execution of CIO Ratings criteria and assessment of major investments
- Support and facilitate monthly control reviews for both major and non-major investments
- Have a working knowledge of the current eCPIC tool, and understanding of the new Folio tool.
- Excellent analytical skills
